Foam board is a sheet made of a super light synthetic foam (polyethylene), laminated with smooth paper on both sides. As it has a neutral PH, it creates a barrier against humidity and external agents, avoiding the damage to the engraving or painting due to humidity.
It can be used as a Matboard, which is used as support for the mounting of engravings in moldings and also as a finish for the backgrounds of wall decor frames and photo frames.
